Cancellation Policy
We understand that schedule adjustments may be necessary, and we kindly request at least a 24-hour notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Failure to provide sufficient notice will result in the application of cancellation fees as outlined below:
- Cancellation less than 24 hours prior to your appointment will incur a charge equal to 50% of the reserved service amount.
- No-shows will be charged 50% of the reserved service amount.
- Appointments made within the 24-hour period that are canceled less than 4 hours prior to the reserved appointment time will be subject to a fee of 50%.
Please be mindful that when you forget or cancel your appointment without adequate notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that time slot. Our policies are designed to ensure the best quality service for all our clients, both established and future. Thank you for reviewing and understanding our policies.
Appointment Confirmation:
For your convenience, we will send you a text reminder one day before your scheduled appointment. It is your responsibility to keep track of your appointment dates and times to avoid arriving late, missing appointments, or incurring cancellation fees.
Refunds Policy:
The Yogitouch maintains a no refund policy on completed services. However, we do offer complimentary fixes within 7 days of the service completion, subject to approval by the individual massage therapist.
